How long it will take to prepare my order?
A: It depends on your address and what products you purchased. If your address is in United States or United Kingdom, we will deal with it within 24h. If your address is out of above two countries, it may take up to 5 days to prepare. If we can’t prepare an item in time, we will inform you by email and ask you for your comment.
What countries does UTOOL Deliver to?
A: We can deliver to most countries in the world. Products will be delivered by courier to your door (except for oversized or high-volume cargo). If your address is located in a remote area, we will charge extra fees to deliver products.
What courier is used to send products?
A: We will take into account your address and order items to choose the courier, usually using common couriers such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. You can also specify a courier, but additional charges may apply.
Can I change address after placing the order?
A: Please check the status of your order. If the order is not marked as shipped, you can change the address directly. If the order is already marked as shipped, please contact us and we will try our best to help you change the address. If you do not succeed in changing your address, please contact the courier to indicate your refusal. After we received the product, we will refund the order for you.
How can I track my order?
A: We will upload tracking number and courier after we sent the order. If you don’t get the tracking number, please feel free contact us and we will reply to you within 24h.
Why my order is canceled?
A: If we can’t deliver products to your address or the product you purchased is out of stock and will take a long time to be in stock, we will inform you by email and cancel your order. We will also refund the order ASAP, please don’t be worried.
How long is the warranty period for UTOOL products?
A: We provide 1 year warranty for every product we sell (accessories and bonus are not included). Please note that damage to the product caused by improper use or normal consumption is not included in the warranty terms.
If there are missing accessories/multi-item with some items missing.
A: Please contact us at the first time and provide us photos about the problem. We will check the order information and what accessories or items are missing to ensure we can provide replacements exactly.
How can I return my order?
A: If the product is broken in warranty period or you received unexpected product, you don’t need to return it because we will provide replacement for free. If you simply do not want the product and would like a refund, you will need to contact us and get the nearest return address. Please note that we will refuse to accept used or damaged products.
How long it will take to get my refund?
A: We need to check the order according to the information you provided, therefore, please provide full requested information. We will deal with it within 24h and send an email to you if the order is eligible for a refund. It may take 1-5 days for Paypal to deal with the refund, please be patient.
Can I pay COD—Cash On Delivery?
A: We are sorry that we don’t support COD.
